Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes place within 24–72 business hours, depending on the destination and product type. For islands, remote locations, or during periods of high logistical traffic, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, before order confirmation. For some particularly bulky, heavy, or fragile items, the delivery cost may vary based on weight, volume, or shipping area.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a communication with the tracking number, useful for monitoring the shipment at any time.
