Refund and return
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. For this reason, Acquafiltri handles returns and refunds in a clear, simple, and transparent manner.
If the purchase was made as a consumer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the order delivery date, in accordance with current regulations.
To request a return, you must send a communication to our customer service at support@acquafiltri.it, indicating:
the order number
the product or products you wish to return
the reason for the return
The product must be returned:
intact and undamaged
complete with any accessories
in its original packaging, if possible
in suitable condition for inspection and resale
Except in cases of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the return and verifying the product's condition, Acquafiltri will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, attaching, if possible, photographs of the problem encountered. In these cases, we will quickly evaluate the most appropriate solution, which may consist of product replacement or a refund.
