Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on the Acquafiltri website.

By placing an order on our website, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

Acquafiltri undertakes to describe the products as accurately as possible. However, images, colors, packaging, labels, or graphic details may differ slightly from the actual product, also due to manufacturer or packaging updates.

Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order. In case of total or partial unavailability after purchase confirmation, the customer will be promptly informed and, if necessary, will receive a refund of any amount already paid.

The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer receives order confirmation via email.

Acquafiltri reserves the right not to accept or cancel an order in the following cases:

incomplete or incorrect personal or shipping data
product unavailability
obvious error in price or product description
suspicion of fraudulent use of the payment method

All prices are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise specified, include VAT.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumer customers, as provided by current Italian and European legislation.
